Please: Furnish a Door Prize for your booth. Door Prize will be displayed in your booth with a collection container for Raffle Tickets. Raffle Tickets will be sold at the Information Booth. The Proceeds from Door Prize Raffle Tickets will go to help build a Community Center & other Park Facilities.
You will be responsible for providing your own trash receptacle at your booth and for clean-up of your area at the close of festivities.
Set up will be on Friday, September 25 from 9 am until 9 pm & Saturday, September 26 from 6 am until 830 am.
(NO BOOTH BREAKDOWN BEFORE 4:00 pm TO ENSURE TE SAFETY OF ALL PATRONS)
OPENING CEREMONY WILL BEGIN on Saturday, September 26, 2015 at 9 am at the Flag Pole. All work and noise will stop at 8:45 am in preparation of the Flag Raising and National Anthem. During the Opening Ceremony all booths will be closed for selling or other activity. The Community Fest will begin immediately following the Opening Ceremony.
Admission is FREE to the Public.
Security will be provided at all times.
Contents of your booth, booth space and locations MUST be approved by Crime Watch Members.
